ETCA: Earth Territories Central Administration

 


ETCA is the organization, founded by Galileo Empire, to administer and govern the territories conquered during the wars on Earth.
Officially ETCA is entrusted only with administration of direct imperial domains, while the dominions (Territories formally independent, but with the some ruler than Galileo) should have their own governments. This is true only in theory, during nearly a century, ETCA assumed, de facto, the control of administration of both. It has extended it's powers also in relation of the allies, often, more and more dependent from Galileo aids.

The capital of ETCA, and so the de facto capital of Galilean Earth, is Gibraltar. It is a mighty fortress with many layers of defenses and deep bunkers.
It is connected with another big imperial base at Tangeri by a gargantuan bridge, with airport functions too. 

The flag uses the colors of Galileo(Black and red) but arranged in a different fashion and the old UN globe as coat of arm.

Crown Princess Maia

Princess Maia: Maia is the second born of Emperor Isaac, she is 30 years old. She was conceived with assistite procreation to ensure a second heir for the Empire. She is the Duchesse of Io, the most active moon around Jupiter and the source of the energy of the Empire extracted by geothermal activity of Io. She is very active and social woman, having different lovers (some male and some female as well) and she is a little scandalous for the conformist Galilean society. However she is a woman of the people and she is very loved by her subjects on Io, because she not only makes a lot of appearances on working places, but she leads a lot of foundations for the well beings of her people. She commands the Imperial Guard and his own regiment of Io's Hussars both with the grade of Colonel.

Pallas Marines

  The soldiers of Pallas fought much more in the space than on surfaces and their marines are known to have aided the lowenwolf mercenaries in many operations. Moreover, if Pallas in not in open war, they travel on ships and cargoes to ensure security and defense against pirates and rogue clans. The armor, called star-metal suit, is a titanium-ceramic armor is insulated by vacuum of space and integrated with many aids for the soldier, as guided aim, thermoscanner and radar. The marines are not a separate corp from the army, but soldiers of Royal State Army equipped with star-metal suits. The last major battle is been at Shteins during the Valhalla War and their last engagement is been at Eros against the Void Octopus pirates fleet
